Confession of an Asian StyleHolic

Burberry Prorsum Spring 2009 Report

We are in recession, but not fashion recession. Designer knows that people can’t afford to buy as they used to be but they hold on to their principle. Fashion is fashion. Even you do not have money,  show everyone that your best mix and match and eventually people will think that you are rich sound familiar, because it is so me!

But the economic crunch did effects the mood of Christopher Bailey. The slow mood dominates the runway and the  result, dull colour and faded rugged structure like Burberry Prorsum Spring 2009 collection. It is kind like a poor girl in depressed 1940’s look given a bold makeover. But as usual, Christopher never failed to bring us something that is wearable and chic.

But is not all doomed  on Burberry runway. Check out the statement necklace. I saw that on LV few season back but it is everywhere. So, leave your gigantic earring and get your gigantic necklace. It doesn’t have to be Burberry, you can them everywhere, and the best is at flea market! Remember, don’t waste your money on something that will only last like one season. Click here-à..

Now the carry. It is faded also but the structure is so powerful. It is like it sending a signal even in economic depression, we will work hard to be in fashion!  Check out the bag here!

Plus, it not going to be called Burberry Prorsum without the legendary trench coat.

Get faded but with style at Burberry Prorsum and Neiman Marcus.

Yours gigantic necklace at flea market near you!

Same in man department. The models are in most oversized sweater and, dull colour and fisherman hat and. Yes…fisherman hat. Everywhere is fisherman hat. It is like come go to for fish and wear your fisherman hat and oversized bag from Burberry Prorsum!
